Spot/NOVA Boston Dynamics Spot Mini Clone

Some months back I started printing all the parts for the NOVA robot dog a spot mini clone spawned from multiple other projects of similar names/designs. The NOVA files were the most complete at the time I got in to this projects so I decided I will base mine on this design.

I started a Git repo including all the parts and reference material on the project. You can find my repo here:

I have to do a lot of work editing the readme yet to include my BOM and guides but I want to build the robot first before I share much- since the project will be so long i will post here periodically to give people a place to start from. Links to original designs in the repo

Here is my first video showing the 3d printing parts process for Spot micro

Here are the photos of the parts as they came off the i3 Mega 3D printer. All my profiles can be found in my Git repo as well. All parts fit on the i3 bed without a problem. You can see I had to print the lower cover nearly vertical to get the best quality and fit on the bed. This worked perfectly. I wish I had switched to Prusaslicer before printing these parts as the servo mount areas and support do require a lot of cleanup.

I updated the BOM used in my build on GIT today here: https://github.com/MKme/quadrupedal-robot

I need to mod a few of the parts in Fusion soon for my build but I have the .step files from the original Nova project so this should be no problem. Original project website(s) linked in Git as well.
