If any of you are interested, I have started a new website. So feel free to create an account and share anything involving robotics. Go to the About Us page for suggestions on topics to write about. The goal is; for the website to be a community driven information center for robotics and for people to share their projects, knowledge and ideas. New features will be added in the future and the website will grow and evolve over time. https://roboshack.com/

John Blankenship, co-creator of RobotBASIC has submitted an article on the Roboshack website on the basics of using the simulator with his robot operating system. The same operating system can just as easily be used for a real robot of any size to perform any task. I have used RobotBasic myself and I am impressed by the vast array of built-in functions for robot control and operation (in fact, it can be used to control many devices with a computer). It is easy to program and it is free.
