The project that is consuming most of my time these days is an Arduino Mega based PV solar MPPT controller that will heat my shop.
Basically it will be a "poor man's" boiler system that uses electric hot water heaters. They will effectively be the energy storage medium as opposed to expensive batteries. When heat is needed in my shop (or the water temp gets too high) the Arduino it will kick on a heat exchanger fan and a pump to circulate the hot water through it.

Here is a screen shot of the web interface running on the Mega and the serial plotter that displays power values. Not much energy production today
