Is it possible to enter all hand movements data in program?

Is it possible to enter all the possible movement of the hand in program also can i use this in real time
Suppose i imagine to move my hand in any way & in reality also I'm moving my robotic hand in that imagined way if then plz explain how to do it ?

I would suggest checking out https://emotiv.com/

They are working with contextual EEG headsets and seem to be capable of such things (if not now- soon)
